STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH

Abstract

  This research is conducted in Local Revenue Body of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The
purpose of this research is to notice the Indragiri Hilir Government strategy in increasing
indigenous local revenue and the factors which cause the local strategy cannot increase the local
revenue of
Indragiri Hillir. This research use mixed method approach. The data collection techniques in this
research are library research and field study which has done by the interview. In this research,
the writer uses data triangulation in analyzing the government strategy in increasing the local
revenue
in Indragiri Hilir from 2013-2016. The result of this research shows that the strategy which is
used by the Indragiri Hilir government has support the increasing of local revenue, yet the result
is not supported by some factors of the criteria strategic determination. The factors which cause
the low
local revenue are the data collection of local taxes and levies that have not been effective, the
socialization of government regulations are not intensive enough, the weaknesses of regulations for
the civil servants and the society who break the rules, the low quality of Income Office Region
apparatus, uncooperative from Income Office Region apparatus internally or externally, the lack
of facility, and the low standard of taxpayers and levies services.
